Shazeaa Salim is Chief Operations Officer at Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, where she leads organisational operations and performance across core internal functions. Her work focuses on strengthening systems, governance alignment, and delivery frameworks to ensure the organisation is structured for long-term impact.

Shazeaa has a strong background in strategy, programme delivery, and Māori social development, with experience leading complex initiatives that require cross-sector coordination and stakeholder engagement. She brings a kaupapa Māori lens to operational leadership and future-focused decision making.

She has a long-standing connection with Koi Tū, having previously served on the Rangatahi Advisory Group and now sitting on Koi Tū’s Advisory Board.
