Dr Felicia Low leads Koi Tū's work on human potential and evidence synthesis across the centre's Chloe Wright Policy Unit. Felicia has worked closely with Sir Peter Gluckman since 2008, publishing extensively on maternal and child health, public health and community wellbeing. She holds a PhD in Pathology from the University of Otago.
