Response to The Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response’s new report

The Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response, appointed by the World Health Organization to provide an independent review of lessons learned from the Covid-19 pandemic, has released its report entitled COVID-19: Make it the Last Pandemic.
