Finlay is a general research assistant at Koi Tū. He is interested in policy, geography and democracy with particular reference to how people interact with the built world and the policies that define their interactions.
He supports the Complex Conversations programme and works closely with Dr Anne Bardsley on innovative democracy. Finlay is a geographer with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland.
