Wendy, who has a PhD in planning, has done research in sustainability, housing provision and policy and plan outcome-evaluation, including effects on social-spatial equity and wellbeing.
Wendy’s present research is on the interface between science and policy, perceptions of risk among policy-makers and decision-making in the fields of health and the environment including in relation to cancer-causing substances. Before joining Koi Tū, she was a policy analyst at the Ministry for the Environment.
