Dr Dawnelle Clyne

Research Fellow

Dawnelle is a research fellow with a background in economics. Her research interests include economic insecurity, income inequality, poverty, social mobility, health economics and economic development. She is working on options for Auckland’s future in multiple domains and economic insecurity in New Zealand.

Dawnelle has a Bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from St George’s University (Grenada), a Master’s degree in Economic Policy and Analysis (with distinction) from the University of Westminster in the UK, where she was a Commonwealth Scholar, and a PhD in economics from the University of Otago.
